How do I create an account?
Download the Heasy app from the App Store or Google Play. When you open the app, tap "Sign Up" and choose whether you're a Home Buyer or Real Estate Agent. Enter your email and create a password. Once registered, you can set your preferences and start browsing properties!
How does the swipe feature work?
Heasy uses a simple swipe interface similar to popular dating apps. Swipe right (or tap the heart button) on properties you like to save them. Swipe left (or tap the X button) to pass. Swipe up on any property to view detailed information including photos, descriptions, and agent contact details.
How do I set my search preferences?
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Profile." Here you can set your preferred zip codes, price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot size, property types, and listing status. The app will automatically show you properties that match your criteria.
How do I contact a real estate agent?
When viewing a property's details, tap the "Contact" button to open a chat with the listing agent or another agent in that area. You can ask questions, request viewings, or get more information. All your conversations are saved in the Messages section for easy access.
Where do the property listings come from?
Our property listings come directly from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and are provided by licensed real estate agents and brokers. We update our listings regularly to ensure you see the most current available properties.
Can I view my saved properties?
Yes! Tap the heart icon in the top right corner of the home screen to view all your saved properties. You can review details, contact agents, or remove properties from your saved list at any time.
Is Heasy free to use?
Yes, Heasy is completely free for home buyers. You can browse unlimited properties, save favorites, and message agents at no cost. Real estate agents can also create profiles and connect with buyers for free.
How do I update my profile information?
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Profile." Here you can update your name, email, phone number, search preferences, and other account details. Don't forget to tap "Save" after making changes.
What should I do if I find incorrect property information?
Property information is provided by listing agents and MLS sources. If you notice incorrect details, please contact the listing agent directly through the app's messaging feature. They can provide accurate, up-to-date information.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Sign Out." Then contact our support team through the contact page to request permanent account deletion. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

For Real Estate Agents

How do I set up my agent profile?
After creating an agent account, tap your profile icon and select "Agent Profile." Fill in your professional details including license number, brokerage, service areas (zip codes), specialties, and bio. Add a professional photo and website to help buyers learn more about you.
How do I receive leads?
You'll automatically receive leads when buyers in your service areas like properties or send messages. View your leads in the "Leads" section of your dashboard. You can see buyer preferences, budgets, and properties they're interested in.
Can I manage multiple service areas?
Yes! In your Agent Profile, you can add multiple zip codes to your service areas. You'll receive leads for any properties in those locations that buyers show interest in.
